My door to the head is on hinges.
Other 27's I see have it sliding.
I like the sliding setup and it looks like
a fairly easy conversion.
Any skipper feedback?

Can you tell us how these other C&C's had the door configured as sliding? I cannot picture where the door would slide into.

Sure
The door would slide to port, alongside the bulkhead that is just aft of the head.
Very nice indeed.

Our Mark III has the sliding arrangement, and we like it...no problems.

If any Skipper(s) has chance to pop a few snap shots (in the long term)
of what the sliding door hardware entails, I know I'd be
very much obliged.

Super of you to send sliding door pics Bill.
Now if I could find used rails (genuine C&C)!
Thanks again Bill
