You don't have to be a racer to attend this meeting it's for All Mark V Owners.
It will be a Great Opportunity for people to meet face to face, ask some of the questions you might have about How To do whatever on or with your Mark V and just plain socialise.
And we've got some neat draw prizes.
Hope to see you there!!!

Time to bump this to the top of the page.
Don't kone who all is planning on attending but we're hoping to see quite a few of you.
This is not just about racing we want to get as many Mark V owners out as we can. We hope it will be a perfect time for people to meet, get to know each other face to face, swap stories or just pass along info on how to's on our boats.

Tminus 3 days and we are still waiting to hear from some of the mkVs in the area.
To date I have not heard from any boats from Oakville or Whitby, both with active mkVs. Also, there is also no boat rep from National Yacht Club – Stargazer?. That said, I am pleasantly surprised that over 50% of the boats that have RSVPed are new owners.
Those mkVs that have yet to RSVP – please either let me know that you will attend or regrettably cannot.
New Friends/Cold Beer/Snacks/Great PRIZES AND a chance to talk about our boats!
Don’t disappoint your boat or yourself by missing this great event!

Thank you to Scott Fraser and Steve Reid for putting together the 1st? MKV owners meeting in Etobicoke last week, and apparently a good turnout with 14/15? people. Great to meet everyone and discuss event potential for next year, as well as general MKV stuff. Regarding one of the ideas presented, IMHO, it would be fantastic to try and develop a special event/class start? for 27s and MKV's next year. Not sure I can bring anything to table on that but let me know.
While the learning curve for me as a new boat owner seems to be getting steeper, I am encouraged by all the helpful advice. Steve, I will contact you offline about our sail discussion. Thanks again.
