Rudder stem challenge!

Hi guys,

I need to change my rudder stem on my 27 Mk1 1973. Does anyone can guide me in the right direction to buy a new one please?

See, my challenge here is that I have an immortal loose at the junction of my bar and the rudder stem. The more I put washers and pressure, the more my stem become oval. Guest what, the wood inside is rotten.

I'm about to try Mr.Suitor's trick and fill it up with epoxy and then put back my old washers. But, because it is a little oval now, I'm afraid it will never be perfect. What do you think?

Thank you for reading this and I hope someone will be my lighthouse for this.
