1974 C&C 27'

Hi -
Iam looking at this boat and had a few questions about hull and deck construction...
Does the boat have a cored hull - I assume the deck is cored, are there a lot of deck issues with these boats?
Are there common problem areas I should be aware of?
Great looking boat...hope to have one soon, thanks for any help.

A lot of deck issues? Depends on what you mean by "a lot". It's definitely an area of concern and determining if it is going to be a problem with a specific boat is one of the most compelling reasons for using a surveyor.
