Wing Keel

I have a C&C # CCY26138m79B  26.4 with a wing keel. dose anyone have any information on this. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks Ruth

Sounds like a 26 Wave.  Has the same hull as a Mk V 27, but little winged keel, 30 or 36 inch draft, and smaller rig.  I think they came with a 2 cylinder Universal <img src="emoticons/icon_question.gif"> deisel engine.

I was able to contact the previous owner. He had the keel modified in a boat yard in biloxi. It now has a 4.1 draft with a modified wing keel. he Said it gave him a better point to the wind  by 8-9 degrees. He raced her in the Gulfport MS, to Pensicola FL, race many times.I admit she dose sail well. Mystery solved.  Thank you for your replies and time.
