anybody know this boat

DESIDERATA IS THE NAME I GOT WITH PAPERWORK BOAT WAS GIVEN TO ME IN BARNEGAT LIGHT NJ AND I HAVE BEEN FIXING IT UP. (27 C&C MK III)

The name Desiderata is listed in the USCG Vessel Name Query but none are C&C 27s. Generally the query lists all vessels documented or expired so the boat may have never been documented.
How is the keel issue coming along?
