Access for Mk V head bolts

Jean Rivest needed access to the space under the head on Neoga to enable him to replace the loosened screws with more secure through-bolts. His solution was these two holes neatly drilled with a hole saw. These are a snug fit for the electrician's hole-caps seen above. Even better access could be provided, if required, by cutting away the portion of the platform directly under the head and replacing it with a screw-down panel.
