New paint
Hey folks. I'm new here and new to sailing in general. I bought a Mkv this year and recently hauled it for bottom paint and a laundry list of things. While out I got the topsides repainted and I'm really pleased with the results. I tried to put it back close to original.

That looks absolutely amazing! Very shiny and new. I'm thinking of redoing the hull myself, can I ask what prep work was done and what paint was used? Did you wax it to get the gloss?
