Looking for a fixed prop for C&C 27MKV

Several knowledgeable sailors in this forum have suggested 12RH9 or 13RH10.  Any thoughts on these specs and possible suppliers? "Easy Does It" is powered by a Yanmar 1GM and sails out of St Margarets Bay Nova Scotia.

I am looking for a fixed prop 12 x 9 RH 7/8 shaft.  If someone knows where I can purchase one That would be greatly appreciated.  New or used
