It still works by clicking submit, being told that was an error, using browser history and clicking "...............Forum" and eureka, I'm there.

It saved the day on a reference to 'Bay St', but Wikipedia won't really help here; the article on the Newfoundland Standard Time Zone gets the facts, but only the facts, ma'am. One of the features of Canadian radio and television is the announcement that something will be broadcast "at 6 o'clock, 6:30 in Newfoundland". Remarking that something will happen at a certain time, and half an hour later in Newfoundland, is a bit like winking as you say something, a way of announcing you don't believe a word of it. For instance, in one well remembered example, a writer in the Globe & Mail (originally Canada's 'Times of London', but increasingly its 'Sun' or 'News of the World') described the newly 'discovered' G-spot as located at 12 o'clock in the vagina, or 12:30 in Newfoundland.
