Manual for CD400 Depth Sounder

Per a previous post... I bit the bullet and ordered a new ADX-210 transducer from DMI Marine...

Does anyone have an operator's manual for the CD400 Depth Sounder unit?  The boat did not come with one and a replacement manual appears to be nonexistent.  Access to a .pdf would sure be nice.  If not, could someone walk me through the various setup routines?
