galley sink through-hull

Anybody know where I can get a replacement for
the galley sink through-hull fitting? Its 3/4" inside,
1" threads outside, 2 3/4 flange diameter, flush-fitting,
with 45 degree reverse bevel on the flange.

any help appreciated.

Any chandlery should have your through-hull fittings for you in stock.
