Wanted C&C 27 Mark V !!

We are interested in purchasing a Mark 5, prefer inboard with spinniker gear.  We are looking to sail and race out of OYS any lead would be apprecated

There is one sitting near the office trailer in the yard on Cherry Street in Toronto, not with a for sale sign, but not looking particularly loved either.

There was a Mark V for sale in The Oakville Club at the end of last summer. I don't know if it sold yet and if the name comes to me, I will let you know.
