Brand New Owner Here !!!!

I would first like to thank this site for helping me make my decision to purchase a 1972 C&C 27 virtually site unseen.  Unfortunatly she comes with absolutly no paperwork.  When I bought my Boston Whaler Harpoon 6.2 she came with an original bill of sale to the original owner and all the original manuels.  I guess I got spoiled.  If anyone can help me with any manuels, paperwork or diagrams I would gladly pay for copying and postage.  Thank you for any forthcoming advise and any of thoses manuels.  Bob,  Port Jefferson, Long Island, New York.

Re: Brand New Owner Here !!!!

Well, you are a collector of C&C's aren't you? I'm assuming that a Harpoon 6.2 is the Whaler that C&C designed.

The simplest way to get a manual is to join the 27 Association. You will then, on request, be given a download link to a searchable pdf of the manual (other versions out there aren't searchable) that you can print. This manual comes from a later boat, but most of the material covered is little changed.  Of course, by joining, you are also supporting the site.

If you're mad keen for paperwork, South Shore Yachts advertised a spring sale on boats' build files from the factory. See their info in Links & Contacts - remember to call, not e-mail them.
