For my project of rebedding the screws/bolts of my genoa track in my Mark V, I need to take out the plugs in the cabin top liner. From my experience in my 24, I never got the knack of popping out the plug without damaging some of them.
So my question-is there a knack or a tool to use to pop out the plugs?

The plugs are now old, and like most old plastic, brittle. You may be able to ease some of them out with an ordinary table knife, but you'll probably end up replacing half of them, as I did.

I saw replacement plugs in The Store at Port Credit. I broke a few of mine as well so I think I will just replace the lot. The were about $0.40 each.
