1977 C&C 27 Mark III for sale

She's in the Fort Myers, Florida area and unfortunately I'm in Chicago. I'm just not going to be able to get down there as I was hoping. Here's a few photos:</SPAN>

And some in action but unfortunately singlehanding from in the boat.</SPAN>

Sorry, they are mixed in with the rest of the trip photos but they're the only one's I have of her doing her thing.</SPAN>
She's not brand new of course but is a beautiful boat! Almost brand new Yanmar diesel, like new full roach loose footed mainsail, roller furling headsail w/foam luff, loran, VHF w/ram mike in cockpit, autopilot, very nice cushions in cabin, very comfortable boat motors and sails like a champ! It's literally killing me to have to sell her. I swear I wouldn't other than that my son just took some fool snowboarding jump and tore his knee up and more so the rest of this winter is shot as well as the funds!ffice<IMG src="http://www.cc27association.com/f3/toast/emoticons/icon_surprised.gif">ffice" /&gt;<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com<img src=" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN>
I'd like to get $12,000 for her but am flexible.<o:p></o:p></SPAN>

I don't want to rain on your parade but, judging from the photographs for which you have provided links, this boat is actually a C&C 26.  You might want to verify this by checking out the original brochures and information available through the C&C Owners website:  http://www.cncphotoalbum.com/

I am sorry. I was told it was a 27 when I got it. I just checked the brochures and it looks like you are correct. I can't believe it's a 26 with the beam she has. 10'. Wider than my old 29'er and even wider than the C&C27. Actually, I'd really always thought she was closer to 29 as roomy as she is inside. Obviously I'm not a very good judge of "distance/size" kinda stuff. It just seems so spacious inside I never woulda guessed!
