Holding tank back flow

I've experienced backflow problems with the head of my Mk V usually when sailing in more lively conditions.

I'm led to believe there is a valve that can be installed that eliminates backflow.

Would appreciate hearing from any of you that have effectively remedied this problem.

Cheers,

Robert

Robert,
It sound like your joker valve is bad. Also Guzzler makes a 11/2" check valve available at West Marine.

Re: Holding tank back flow

Thanks Mike. "Joker valve"! Looks like the joke was on me. Hopefully it's an easy fix.
