Plastics fabricator in Toronto?

I'm planning on replacing the wooden dech head panels in my MkV with white plastic panels - does anyone know anyone in the TO area who can fabricate these?

I'm thinking 1/8" white styrene plastic routered to the original shape and velcroed back on.

Any thoughts/opinions?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Plastics fabricator in Toronto?

I used Plastic World (nr. 401 at Yorkdale) for covers for the machine screws holding my tracks (see Black Arts on genoa tracks). They've also done work for others here. These covers were secured with flat-head screws.

In my experience, Velcro sticks well to Velcro, but the glue that holds the Velcro to the thing you're velcroing doesn't always hold up well in damp environments.
