cleats---Mk 111

I have 4 original cockpit combing cleats----4 bolt ---open base.  The anodizing is pretty much gone----"new" replacements are not available anywhere.  The cost to anodize them--too much for me---chrome---same thing.  I replaced mine with slightly larger, similar style---this time with backing plates.  Anyway, if someone can use these hard to find, originals, I'll be happy to send them.  No charge.

Re: cleats---Mk 111

Dave,
I could use them.  My Mk I has a single cleat on the fore-deck - and I want to use two - driving me nuts.  Plus, I have a couple other places.
Could you drop me a note @wbstx@aol.com?

Re: cleats---Mk 111

Warren----cleats are boxed---on their way tomorrow.  Hope you can put them to good use.  Looks like we, two, are the only ones in the group still sailing.  (I invited everyone to Florida in an earlier post----no one has shown up yet---)

Re: cleats---Mk 111

Dave,
Thanks a bunch - yes will be put to good use!  I need an additional cleat for the foredeck, one for my rollerfurling line, and one more for the cabintop.  I am not a fan of clutches - have tried to use too many that fail with time.
There are 5 C&C 27's (MK I -IV) in my marina, and we are beginning to communicate more.
Thanks again.  If you don't like our weather today, come back in 3 days! - 75F last week, 37F right now, predicted 74F Saturday.
