Do some one can give me where i can find information avout speed of my boat for different wind forcw and angle, (Polar speed graphic for C&C 27 ) ?

Yes. It is in a pdf in the section  " Sea Change - MkV " in the link http://www.cc27association.com/vchange.html.
The pdf is "tuning guide" http://www.cc27association.com/pdf/mkv/MkV-Tuning.pdf. Pages 5 and 6.
