What's it worth

1975 C&C 27 Mark III.  2002 Univeral 25XPB, trans, shaft, Prop, muffler.  New main, 3 hood forsails, new st40 speed and depth, Profurl furler, New tiller, new thru hulls, new head with 20 gal holding and Y valve.
