Due to a volume of spam on the board that now greatly exceeds legitimate posts, I have decided to require registration as a condition of posting new topics or replies.
Registration is not difficult or time-consuming and you can set a preference to log in automatically every time you visit.
If you have not already done so, please read this guide to using the Forum.
Registration will not expose you to spam, with one exception. Every spring you will receive one and only one message inviting you to join the Association. It will be clearly labelled, so if you find this an intolerable invasion of your privacy, you can quickly delete it. If, on the other hand, you like the site and want to support it, you can open it up and follow the directions.
We have managed without registration for about 7 years but the time has come. Thank you for your understanding.
