Spinnaker length

Maximum spinnaker width is specified for mark 3 at 21.17'. Can someone please tell me what is the maximum length allowed?. I could not find this information any where in the site.
Planing to order a #3 sail shortly.  What is the optimum measurements for a number 3 racing sail for a mark 3 and what is the best material to use?  any one with a recommended sail maker?
I was also informed that the maximum LP for mark 3 was reduced to 155% instead of 160%, why this information was not changed in the mark 3 sail specifications for sailors ordering new sails?   Thanks.

Because after we finished the new Constitution, I changed it, then forgot to upload it. It's now up, with an additional change pointing out that the official measurements are in the Constitution; the web page is just for information. My bad. You're welcome.
