Deck gear shelf

This is probably Towser's "biggest bang for the buck" improvement. We were told to stop parking winch handles on top of the fuel tank (potential for corrosion was the stated reason) but it's too good a location to ignore.

Some aluminum angle on the cockpit side and on the outer shelf face plus some plywood yielded a very usable spot. Engine control handles reside in holes at left, so they stay put. – David Weatherston
