1973 Mark 2 in excellent condition. 3 cyl M20 Universal diesel - low hours, two newer batteries, shore power with 35 ft cable, two (2) emergency pumps,Harkin furling system, tiller steering (with a spare tiller), two anchors with road, fully equipped and ready to sail away, fridge built into icebox, 2 burner propane stove, SS BBQ, new wiring, stereo, TV/DVD, replumbed head, NEW steel folding cradle, sails (main and genoa) in excellent condition, new lines, lots of new life jackets etc, new flares, 4 fire-extinguishers, dishes, utensils, lots of stainless steel parts and fasteners, freshly cleaned upholstery, new Whale sink faucet, and a bunch of other stuff. On its cradle at the bottom of Liverpool Road, boat name is 'Arrival'.
Bought an old house, up to my ears in renos.
